DESCRIPTION:The post office is holding their annual "Stamp Out Hunger" even
 t where people leave canned/boxed food by their mailbox for pickup.  The 
 food is taken to the Salvation Army where "SORTERS" are needed to take th
 e food and box it up in specific categories and put it on pallets.  This 
 will involve walking and carrying grocerybag-size bags.  \n\n\n\nCome at 
 2 pm for training (very simple) and then stay as long as you can\, even if
  it's just an hour.  Kids are welcome to help if they can read well and f
 ollow directions.  (No running around\, though!  There will be a lot of 
 mail trucks coming and going!)\n\nThis is a great way to bless the Salvati
 on Army in their ministry to low income families of Petaluma!\n\n\n
